We have 2 realtors available to you. In R-step, we will have a one-on-one consultation to assess your needs.

If you’re in need of credit improvement services, we will connect you with our credit affiliates and follow up with you to ensure your progress. Great Credit already? You will move directly to L-step.

We have 2 lender affiliates ready to assist you in L-Step. The Lender will pre-approve you for a specific amount calculated by your debt-to-income ratio.

Now that you’re pre approved we can began actively searching for your home.
